Grilled Smoked Pork and Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sandwich
Smoked Pork, chopped
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Chipotle Joe's Mild or Hot dipping sauce
Grill bread in hot skillet with butter. Place Cheddar cheese on bread in skillet and allow the cheese to melt. Top with smoked pork and your favorite Chipotle Joe's sauce. Also tastes good with some coleslaw or grilled onions.
Bratwurst with Chipotle Joe's Hot Mustard
1 fresh jalapeno

Chipotle Joe's Hot Mustard Sauce
Grill Bratwurst as you normally would. Slice and fry onion and jalapeno in a skillet with butter. Place Bratwurst on bun with the fried onions and jalapeno, then pour on Chipotle Joe's Hot Mustard Dipping & Grilling Sauce.
Chipotle Joe's Smoked Brisket
Pour chipotle joes hot mustard on a Brisket then coat it with your favorite dry rub. Before coating the meat trim off all excess fat so the seasoning is on the meat. Cook fat side down. Smoke it with pecan wood and charcoal until it reaches 145 degrees. Wrap in butcher paper and return it to smoker. After temp reaches 198 degrees, pull it and let it rest in the paper one hour before serving.
Chipotle Joe's Boston Butt Roast
Pour chipotle joes hot mustard on a Boston butt roast then coat it with your favorite dry rub. Smoke it with pecan wood and charcoal until it reaches 185 degrees. Before coating the meat trim off all excess fat so the seasoning is on the meat. Cook flat side( the side where the fat was) down.
Chipotle Joe's Meatloaf
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup Chipotle Joe's Mild sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degree.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. In 13 inch by 9 inch baking pan, shape into a loaf. Bake uncovered for one hour. If desired, add more Chipotle sauce on top 15 minutes before loaf is done (we always do).
Chipotle Joe's Grilled Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter melted
1/4 cup Chipotle Joe's Hot Mustard sauce
Baste both sides of chicken with butter. Shake some garlic salt on both sides of chicken, cook on grill (set at medium/high) for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with Chipotle Joe's Hot Mustard sauce and cook for another 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Deviled Eggs with Chipotle Joe's Hot Mustard
2 pounds left over smoked brisket
1 ½ cups water
2 teaspoons beef bouillon (the paste is best)
Corn tortillas (heated)
2 white onions
2 large tomatoes
Lime or lemon wedges
Mix water and bouillon together to make broth. Place brisket in slow cooker with broth. Turn on low for no less than two hours. When ready to make tacos, shred brisket with two forks, and leave it in the juice.
Chop onions, tomatoes and add to cilantro. Place beef and tomato mixture on taco and squeeze some lime or lemon juice on it.
